Interact is an international service club for young people ages 14 to 18. Interact clubs are sponsored by individual Rotary clubs, which provide support and guidance, but they are self-governing and self-supporting. This makes it possible to choose and carry out service projects that individual Interact members care about! During the 2008-2009 school year, the Ansonia High School Interact Club was re-activated and made a significant effort to increase its dedicated membership base and come up with fun and unique ways of improving our local and international community. With local Rotarian support, we have been successful in increasing the strength, size and involvement of our membership base. I am confident that our club will continue to complete service projects that will improve our community and further international understanding and goodwill. Pictures Here
