This course is designed for Central Kingston Skills Training Centre Commercial Food Preparation Department. The main purpose of the course is to provide individuals with the related knowledge, skills and attitude required to be certified in CFP for the Hospitality Industry. In addition to this hands-on course, particularly will b taken through the fundamental principles associated with cake baking and sensitize them to techniques and jargons. This will be provided through lectures, demonstrations, quizzes and hands-on exercises.
