Welcome to Spanish Language Arts!

We will be implementing the Units of Study curriculum for both Reading and Writing.  This curriculum gives students a great deal of choice when it comes to which books they will be reading.  We will focus on using reading and writing strategies for the purpose of pursuing our own interests and communicating about our passions.

We are also excited to begin a vocabulary and grammar program using "Palabras a su paso" (Words Their Way).  This is a new program to our staff, but comes with great research and reviews.  More information will be coming home and added to the website soon!
