Students were given a yeast lab design.  They are to put the procedure into their own words and identify the IV and the DV for the experiment.  Due next class.

May 12, 2016

We set up yeast experiments in water bottles today with balloons to capture the carbon dioxide given off in the experiment.  Students should come to check on their bottle tomorrow (Friday-not a class day) to see the changes caused by the yeast cells doing respiration.  There is no written HW for the weekend.

You should have come up with a problem statement for the yeast lab, and a hypothesis.  You were given the data for several tubes (just as in the video).  Make a graph of the data (make sure the graph is complete) to attach to your electronic lab report.  This will be collected next class.  You will be entering your lab report online next class.  You can use your graphic organizer to help organize your thoughts.
