Welcome!
This is the home of the Clermont Reading team. Our mission is to provide useful information and resources for the teachers, parents and students of Clermont Elementary School! Our team consists of three reading specialists:
-
Mindy Daubert - "I am the reading specialist for kindergarten and first grade, although we all work with every grade level. My vision is for every child to think of themselves as a reader and writer, to understand the value of being able to read, and to enjoy reading and writing! Teaching is my favorite hobby as well as my career. I have a mug which sums it up -"Life is simple: eat, sleep, teach."
-
Ali McPherson- I'm so glad to be at Clermont. My goal is to help every student become excited about reading. As one of my favorite quotes states-“I am and always will be the optimist, the hoper of far-flung hopes and the dreamer of improbable dreams.”
