- Monitoring fitness level by doing Fitness Test twice a semester

Students may join: One-mile Club, Weightlifting Club, and Ski Club.
Sports are based on three week units. During the first week of unit students work on skills and techniques of the particular sport. The Second week students work on tactics. In the third week little tournaments are organized.
All students are obligated to run or walk one mile as a part of our Fitness unit. 17 fitness stations are used from beginning to advanced fitness levels.
Weightlifting principles are introduced to students. The students may take part in weightlifting club.
Kicboxing unit is set up as fitness workout at the bstacle course.
All students participate in the Presidential Fitness program, by taking a fitness test two times a semester. Students may compare their results with other American youngsters.
Swimming unit for all levels is provided in the second semester.
P.E. Department organizes field trips, in school games, found raisers, pizza parties, and provides prizes for the best athletes.
