We have received a great deal of feedback over the first half of the school year in terms of streamlining our communication to and with you. After discussing options and gaining additional training, we will move ahead this year in the following manners: though we are required to have a website for our grade level, we will not use that as a means of updating you on what's to come. It will simply contain the information about 5th grade Policies and Procedures as well as Teacher Info. We will focus our updates about special events and tests/quizzes to Renweb and our individual classroom homework boards. We hope that this will be beneficial and prepare everyone for middle school!

Experience- I have taught for eleven years, and eight of those years I was at a math, science, and technology elementary school. I taught in both 4th and 5th grade there. My role was the general education teacher in a special education co-taught class for seven years and as the general education teacher in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) co-taught class. I came to Hebron four years ago (best decision I have made). I have been in 5th Grade at Hebron for the past three years and love it! I am excited about this year.
