This form needs to be resubmitted each year. Please note that the process of being cleared might take a little longer than previous years. Thank you for your support!

2. Select school level- Elementary
3. Select your child's school- Everglades Elementary
4. Select the activity that you wish to pay for.
5. ​Follow the Estore screen prompts.
