Our Vision (created in 2008): The purpose of the Lincoln County Transition Team is to work together for a brighter future for Lincoln County Students with disabilities by networking transition resources.
What is the Lincoln County Transition Team?
The Lincoln County Transition Team was created in the Fall of 2008 through a grant sponsored by the Transition Coalition in collaboration with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Our charter members spent 3 two-day trainings with experts from the University of Kansas to help develop the local transition teams throughout the state of Missouri. We are proud to be a part of the first group of transition teams.
