  • Interviewed potential volunteers who wished to take part in the program and assigned top volunteers to work with international students and students with high levels of communication apprehension.
  • Created and supervised a “public speaking learning center” where students needing help with public speaking (COM 135) course material could receive extra help from former COM 135 students.
  • Effectively extended, and oversaw, the program at Miami’s Middletown and Hamilton campuses (Fall 2010).
