Rob Lubbers is a graduate of Holy Family School. He has a Bachelor's degree in psychology and education with a minor in history. Following graduation he spent time traveling across the globe where he settled in New Zealand to teach English as a Second Language during the summer of 2005. He recently finished his masters in reading from Concordia University.
This years marks Rob's sixth year as the school's fifth grade teacher. Each year has been a gift and he has enjoyed every minute of it. Having worked as a daycare instructor for eight years prior to settling in at Holy Family, he volunteered at Sheboygan's Safe Harbor, and taught all elementary and middle school grade levels within the Sheboygan Area School District.
Outside of the classroom, Rob is looking forward to his 2011-12 wedding and enjoys spending time with his two labrador retrievers, Oliver and Bella. He also loves reading, movies, soccer, biking, and ping pong.
