About Mrs. Leandro

Here is a little information about me:

Education History:  Bachelor's in elementary education: Bridgewater State College

Master's in Curriculum and Instruction: Lesley University

CAGS in Elementary Administration: Umass Dartmouth

Teaching History:  I have been teaching for the past eight years.  I started my teaching career

as a kindergarten teacher at Kiddie Kampus in Dartmouth, MA.  The following year I taught

sixth grade at Normandin Middle School in New Bedford.  Next, I was hired as a third grade teacher

 at Quinn and looped with most of my class to fourth grade.  I am now entering my fifth year teaching

fourth grade.

My Family:   I live in Dartmouth with my husband, Nelson, and our 4 month old daughter, Kayleigh.

I am also fortunate to have both my family and my husband's family live within a five minute drive

of our home.  They are all so special to me  and supportive of all my endeavors.

Subject to teach: Social Studies and Math

On my day off:     I love spending my time off with my family.

I enjoy traveling, going to  the beach, reading, shopping, and cooking.
