So you want to know more about me? Sure!
Born and raised in North East Texas, I am a country girl at heart. My family lives on a small farm and works at our family business. I grew up being very involved in the community, through church, volunteering, and student organizations. I was a member of the All State Choir, All State Baptist Youth Choir, National Small Ensemble for dance, TAFE Speech winner, and a proud member of my highschool's high kick drill team.
I attended Dallas Baptist University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. After continuing my education and working on my master's degree, I decided to come back to the classroom to teach. I will finish my master's degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M - Commerce in December 2011.
I am blessed to work in the wonderful Richardson ISD and have been with them for 5 years. Working with the students at Forest Lane Academy is my mission field and my joy each day.
