二、個人簡歷

嚴佳代博士畢業於國立中央大學人力資源管理研究所博士班(2008-2013)、中國文化大學觀光事業研究所/系(1999-2005)。目前任職於國家海洋研究院綜合規劃與訓練中心主任、國立臺灣海洋大學教育研究所/師資培育中心副教授(2015-今)，現任臺灣國際郵輪協會人才培育委員會召集人(2020-今)、亞洲海洋教育者協會秘書長(2017-今)、基隆市正濱和平島商圈發展協會常務理事(2022-今)、中華永續發展交流協會理事(2021-今)等職務。曾任美國柏克萊加州大學訪問學者(2019)及臺灣海洋教育中心博士後研究員(2013-2015)與政策發展組組長(2015-2017)，負責海洋專業人才培育，包括郵輪產業人才培育政策研擬。曾參與第一期與第二期能源國家型計畫，負責風力發電人才培育與能源科普專案(2009-2013)。主要教授海洋教育、人力資源管理、海洋觀光教育專題、海洋專業人才培育與學習型組織等課程。指導學生投入地方創生與創新創業，獲得許多全國競賽優秀成績。
