Classes are only one hour.  Academic students have homework.  They should do about 1.5 hours on average a week.  This may be more in the Chemistry and Electricity units or when working on projects

Applied students have less homework and more in class mini assignments.  Their learning is chunked and the in class attendance is vital for this reason.

Daily Goals:

1. Enter class on Time

2. Bring a pencil and paper to class in an organized binder or book.

3. Bring your textbook in academic, applied texts are kept in class.

4. Warm up activity- video, quiz, demo etc...

5. Lesson

6. In class questioning or worksheets (applied students have questions that must be completed before leaving almost daily.)
