Makes eye contact with all people in the room, e.g. scans from left to right.



Stands straight with open body language.



Uses palm cards appropriately, e.g. only needing to glance down at them to get an idea of what they are going to say next.



Speaks clearly when addressing the audience.



Uses an introduction, body and conclusion.



Talks at an appropriate pace, not too fast.
