Dear Students and Parents,
Welcome back! It is a joy to be working with you and your family! This year is sure to be a productive and fun one for all of us! Language Arts (spelling, reading, grammar and writing), Math and Social Studies are the areas where I will instruct your child. Mrs. Polino instructs Science. This is going to be a year filled with great growth and development! Many exciting projects and activities are just waiting to be started!
We will be using the agendas, and writing notes in the agenda is one way we can communicate with each other about your child’s progress. Signing the agenda daily lets me know that you are informed about what kind of day your child had at school, and what homework needs to be completed each night. Please note that the weekly assignments are also placed on the school website.
In advance, all of the hard work and effort that will be put into this school year is truly appreciated. Please feel free to call anytime you need to discuss something. The school number is 443-5331. You can call the school and leave a voicemail message. Also feel free to stop by school if that is more convenient.
Do not hesitate to call if you have a question or concern. Always know that your input is valuable. We are partners in your child’s education! A prompt response is promised to any call or type of communication! Your child’s success is a priority! The main goal is to help your child and you on their educational journey.

Paragraph and List Formatting
The default setting for paragraph text is left-aligned, non-justified text.
If you'd like, you can use right-aligned text.
Or even center-aligned text.
You can also justify text which fills in all of the horizontal space for a paragraph. When using this setting, your text will always fill in left to right for anything but the last line of a paragraph, just like you see in magazines and newspapers. This paragraph is a bit long, and it's just here to show you an example of justified text.
Want to create a numbered list?
- You can talk about one fish.
- Two fish.
- Perhaps even red fish or blue fish.
Bulleted lists are fun too.
- You can created a list of items.
- Add as many items as you'd like.
- You can even nest lists by pressing the Tab key on your keyboard.
- But wait, there's more!
