One wintery evening, a mean spirited man named Ebenezer Scrooge sat counting money in his large office. Scrooge was a tall bony man. He had greasy, mouse grey hair. His face was wrinkly and weathered.  He was a wealthy man. He hated spending his hard earned money. Poor Bob Cratchit worked for mean Mr Scrooge. Scrooge refused to spend money on coal for the fire. Bob sat shivering furiously in the next room. It was Christmas eve, and Scrooge’s kind hearted nephew arrived to wish his uncle a Merry Christmas. Scrooge hated Christmas. He could only reply ‘Bah! Humbug!’.
