Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Angela Johnson, and I am in  my ninth year teaching English at Clarksville Academy. While at CA, I have taught English for all grade levels seven through twelve in addition to several English electives.  During the 2011-12 school year, I have the pleasure of teaching Honors Composition I and Honors Composition II.
I am married, and my husband and I have between us six children and five grandchildren with one more on the way.  Two of my three children, Amanda (2005) and Nathaniel (2007), are graduates of Clarksville Academy.  Jim and I share a common passion:  travel.  Since this is true, any time we have a break from school, my husband and I will be traveling if there is any possible way to do so.
My credentials:
  • A. A. from Martin Methodist
  • B. S. in English from Middle Tennessee State University with minors in history and sociology
  • M. A. in Education from Austin Peay State University with a concentration in Special Education
  • Licensed and certified by the State of Tennessee to teach English grades 7-12 and Special Education grades K-12
