About Mrs. Yohn

Hi there!  My name is Anne Yohn (that's me on the right and my para, Mrs. Yantis, on the left).  I am very excited to be working with your child this school year.  I love my job and having your children in my class.  Each day is different and always an exciting experience with your children.

I am originally from Lancaster County, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Millersville University.  This is where I began my teaching career. I have had the privilege to have a variety of experiences amid the special education spectrum: high school Learning Support, elementary Emotional Support, and primary Life Skills all prior to coming to CV. I am currently finishing my Master's of Science in Education through Wilkes University.

I came to this area fifteen years ago, when my husband and I built our home and relocated to his hometown.  I have taught at Middlesex since that time.   It is definitely the best elementary school in the district!

My husband and I have two sons; Tyler and Mason, as well as two cats named Buddy and Blue.  We enjoy spending time outside with our family and friends.  We love to hike, camp, watch the boys in their many sports (football, soccer, and lots of baseball), relax at our home by the camp fire as well as travel to the beach or our cabin in the mountains.

I look forward to a great year of learning and fun with your child!
