Dr. Aluoch was born in Kenya, East Africa and came to the United States in 1981. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University, Bellingham, WA and went on to earn a Master's degree from City University, Bellevue, WA and an Education Specialist degree from La Sierra University formerly Loma Linda University-Riverside, CA. He later concluded his studies with a Doctorate degree and a Master's degree from Tennessee State University, Nashville, TN.
Dr. Aluoch enjoys music, writing and photography. He and his wife, Lynette have four children.
