Franklin's Political Connections

Benjamin Franklin is considered to be a founding father of the United States. He was also an abolitionist, a member of the the militia, a revolutionary, a Yankee and a zealot. Considered a genius, Benajamin Franklin was a "citizen of the world".  He loved doing his civic duty. He was also an Enlightenment thinker, philosopher, printer, librarian, mathmetician, mason, scientist and world traveler.
