After graduating from James Hubert Blake High School, I attended the University of Maryland, College Park for both my undergraduate and graduate education. After 5 years in CP, I obtained B.S.'s in Physics Education and Mathematics, as well as an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction. During the summer of 2010 I completed certification training for teaching PLTW's Digital Electronics course.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Jen, and we have a wonderfully delightful son, Felix, and an energetic cat, Artemis.
Here at Oakland Mills:
I have had the pleasure of teaching at Oakland Mills High School since 2008. Some of the courses I teach include Introduction to Chemistry and Physics, Physics, Physics GT, AP Physics, and Digital Electronics. You can find me in Room 807 in the science hallway. Besides my work with the science department, I also coach our school's It's Academic team, sponsor the Gaming Club and Anime Club and advise the High Flyers with Mrs. Kelly. If you would like more information about any of these clubs or activities, drop me a line or stop by the room.
