My Classroom Website

Welcome to Mrs. Appiah's Third Grade Webpage.

Please work with your student at home on their multiplication and division facts and telling time including elapsed time practice. Flash cards work great for fact practice.

I found a great website to practice with your child over the spelling and vocabulary words and more. The link is:

We really need to read, read, read for Accelerated Reader points we are doing better reading but need to keep it up!

Reading and Spelling test on Friday. For the reading test if your child will read the story over at home the night before the test and study the vocabulary words right before the story in their reading street book this will help them for the test.

Check your child's agenda nightly and if they read for 20 minutes then sign it please. and sign it please. They should be

circling any assignments not completed that need to be finished and turned in.

Homework packets go home on Mondays and are due the following Monday.

Please remember to bring snacks to school daily and remind your student how they are getting home.

Please remember 20 minutes a night reading is required by Edmond Schools and will help them immensely. is a great source for your child to learn online. Password is buffalos. Also utilize the site to help with your child's math. If you are needing extra

help with the homework sheets go onto the site and click on srb for student reference

book and it will explain the lesson to you or you can read it. Great source to use. is also great for our weekly spelling tests. Search for Centennial and

third grade to find that.

Thursday folders if you do not see any marks with S that means they are satisfactory in every area. If you see the N we need improvement in that area.

Loving your children and enjoying them daily!
