Teacher-Student-Parent Communication

Teacher-Student-Parent Communication

1)  Weekly Progress Reports (white or pink half sheet of paper)
Each Friday or the last day of the school week, I will give your child a weekly progress report of your child's behavior and list of missed HW assignments.

If you do NOT see it, please ASK your child where it is.  If your child lost it, please send me an email and I will issue your child a new one.  To make it consistent, I ask that whichever color form, all students should turn in the short form

If you child receives a WHITE half sheet weekly progress report, it means your child had a good attitude and completed all work expected for the week.

If your child receives a PINK weekly progress report, it means your child had behavior issues and/or did not complete one (1 ) or (2) homework assignments on time.  This means your child is will need to finish his/her work and notify me when it is completed.

If your child receives a LONG PINK weekly progress report, it means your child had 3 or more missing homework assignments and will need to make up and/or finish his/her work.

2)  Weekly Weibel Wildcat (Red) Folder
The Wildcat Folders will be sent home every Wednesday with corrected assignments, quizzes and tests, as well as other information. Please take time to look over your information and discuss them with your child.  I will continue to send home quizzes and tests. For major tests, or for any quizzes that warrants a concern, I will ask for a parent signtature.

3)  Emailed Newsletters and Website Information
At the end of each week or by the start of the following week, I (with the help of Shutterfly Sharesites) will send emails regarding a test and quiz schedule and any other class information.
