Frustration is typically defined as an emotional reaction that arises when the path toward a goal is blocked and can't be readily cleared.  This is why I suggest that you step away from things that are causing your frustrations. Create a physical distance from the cause of the frustration and you also will create an emotional distance also which will cause your frustration to decrease.
