- Field trip permission slips and intent to return to KCSMA are due Friday. Both are in your students folders today. Permission slip is orange, and intent is green
- Report cards will be sent home on Friday as well.
- There will be no spelling homework this week or spelling test.
- The homework for this week is a Math packet. It is due on Friday. They also have Language Arts paper that will be due on Friday as well. It is on the different sentence types.
- Monday, January 16th is a holiday for Dr. Martin Luther King’s birthday!
- Our class is in running low on Clorox wipes, pencils, erasers, and paper towels. If anyone would like to donate some to our room, your generosity would be greatly appreciated.

- We will have a writing assignment this week for homework. This will be a project that will be due on MONDAY, December 19th. I will send home a hard copy tomorrow as well as have it on our website!
- We will have Polar Express Day on Tuesday December 20th! The students will wear their pajamas, they can bring in a blanket, and have hot chocolate and popcorn as we watch the movie! We will also do activities with the story- if you volunteered to send in items please send in by Monday the 19th!
- We will have our Christmas party on Wednesday, December 21 at 12:00. More information to come!

- Look for the new fluency sheet in your student’s folder. They are to read to a parent for 1 minute. The person that they are reading to is to mark any mistakes that they make and subtract that number missed for the amount of words read. Let me know if you have any questions.
- Cure for cancer this week: Monday Crazy socks, .50, Tuesday wear crazy hat .50, Wednesday purple shirt and uniform bottoms .50, Thursday bring your teddy bear for .50, Friday NUT PASS $1.00- Your child participate for the whole week for $3.00
- Matter vocabulary words are included. They will have a test on Wednesday October 5th.
