The process to pay the UPPPCL electricity bill online:

Download Bajaj FInserv app from the Google Play Store

Login through the email ID registered with your mobile

Click on ‘Install’

Open the app on your mobile phone

Enter your 10-digit mobile number to 'Generate OTP'

Enter the OTP and click on 'Proceed'

Under the ‘Bills and Recharges' section, tap on 'Electricity'

Choose your electrical power company from the drop-down menu

Enter your customer ID and tap on ‘Fetch your bill’

Choose your preferred payment mode and complete the payment

If the due amount for a billing cycle is there it will display on the top and payment options will be displayed at the bottom.

Proceed further by clicking on the Pay bill icon and select suitable payment gateways like net banking, wallets, UPIs and debit/credit card. Once the payment is done after verification and authentication, the receipt can be viewed and downloaded.

To view the receipt, the consumer needs to follow the above-mentioned steps 1,2,3 and 4. Then click on the View/Print receipt option.

The bill receipt will be shown, which can be downloaded by clicking on the download icon.
