In text, enter > new paragraph

In text, shift + enter > line break

Text blocks allow you greater control over the placement of text than just the document column – especially when you turn on square text wrap. You can also make the background of the text box transparent and place it over another block, but you need to turn off text wrap first.

Table cells allow you great precision over the placement of type and objects.
