Changing the Username and Password of Windstream

Step 1 – Log In to GoKinetic
First, log in to GoKinetic with your username and password using one of the methods listed on the left side of the screen.
Step 2 – Click Email on the Left Side of the Screen
Next, click on Email on the left side of the screen. You will be directed to a page that shows all of your email addresses.
Step 3 – Click on Change User Name, Passwords, & Email Accounts
On this page, click on Change User Names, Passwords, & Email accounts under Online Account Options. Doing so will direct you to a new page where you can change your username and/or password by filling out all required fields and clicking Change.
