Quiz Correction Procedure

Once a quiz is returned, a student may do quiz corrections to possibly earn back half of the points lost. Quiz corrections for each chapter are due no later than the day of the test for that particular chapter. All questions where all or partial points were taken off must be done. A student cannot pick and choose what they want to redo.

On separate paper, the student needs to rewrite the original problem. Below the problem, the student will show work to solve the problem and circle their final answer. Below the final answer, the student needs to write a short paragraph explaining how they arrived at the correct answer. This process needs to be done for each problem that was not completely correct on the original quiz. Once all problems are redone, the original quiz must be stapled to the front of the corrections.

If the student earns credit, the adjusted grade will be put onto the original quiz and will be adjusted on headmaster.

Please see a more detailed explanations on the procedure attached to the discipline plan/policy & procedure packet given out on the first day of classes.
