The purpose of this program is to serve students with behaviors that either impede their learning or
the learning of others. By being in a highly structured classroom with smaller class sizes, students
individual needs are better served. Students are expected to try their best! Each day students will
be working on exercises that promote social skills, team building, and conflict resolution. As students
acclimate and demonstrate appropriate behaviors over an extended period of time, the overall aim is
to integrate these students back into the general education setting.
