Education and Curriculum
The national association partners with various organizations to create and promote educational programs and curriculum, and to provide members with unique opportunities to practice the skills and knowledge that they are learning in the classroom.
The national association sponsors several fund-raising programs that are outlined in this section. Local chapters are encouraged to participate in one or more of these programs as their needs require.
Members and chapters have the opportunity to compete and win awards on the local, state, and national levels.

President’s Volunteer Service Awards (PVSA)
This award–issued by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation, on behalf of the President of the United States–recognizes and encourages sustained volunteer service among all Americans.
PBL and FBLA-PBL partners also offers thousands of dollars in scholarships each year.
