I developed a behavior management chart concerning a student's misbehavior. This indicates what time I notified the student of their behavior, the time the student stopped the behavior, and its latency. The chart and graph below are an example of what data looks like. Once the results show that a student's behavior occurs frequently and takes awhile to stop behavior, I have the student sign a behavior contract. Prior to filling out the contract, I would contact the parents to see if they would like to sit in when we complete the contract. Down below is a simple example of how data is collected and interpreted.
