Understanding how students learn within the educational process are important considerations in teaching and promoting meaningful learning. My belief is having the ability to be flexible and have the understanding that all students learn different is essential in being successful. The classroom enables situational /traditional method of learning which is equipped with interaction between instructor and students. The tempo will be dictated by the learner, with personal growth in mind with instructional strategies to succeed. My teaching philosophy is designed to nurture intellectual minds while producing leaders within the workforce.
