At the end of each nine week period, a test will be given covering the material from that period.  Absences – If your child is absent, he or she is responsible for obtaining any missed assignments. A dated assignment bin will be present in class at all times. After returning to class, the student has three days to complete and turn in the work. After three days, the work will be considered “Late”.  Late Work – Late work will receive a ten point deduction per day for up to three days. If the work has not been turned in after three days, arrangements will be made for the student to complete the work in an after school detention. Students who do not attend the scheduled academic detention will receive a grade of “0” for the missing work.  Homework – All work will be done in class. If a student does not finish the assigned class work, then the work will become homework and will be due at the beginning of class the following day, unless otherwise noted.
