GoNoodle     https://www.gonoodle.com/

I love to use GoNoodle with my students because it gets the students up and moving while we practice math, spelling and vocab and it even makes my class more exciting. GoNoodle is a great website because I think the best thing about GoNoodle is that any video you pick for the students, it should help get the students up and out of their seats to do a brain break.

Powtoon     https://www.powtoon.com/edu-home/

Powtoon is a website that has caught my attention and I hope to use it soon. I think it is a great source for teachers and students because it’s used to make videos! Powtoon is also used to create short animated clips and all you have to do is write a script and choose characters and other graphics using a simple drag-and-drop tool.

Glogster    https://edu.glogster.com/

Glogster is used for making interactive posters, or blogs, containing pictures, text, video, links, and animation. I have never heard of this website before until I searched websites for teachers and this came up with the top 50 websites for teachers. I want to use this website for my next project that I have my students do for my class. This is a good source for teachers and students because it has free accounts and accounts that you can pay for but all of the accounts have great benefits. The website looks easy to manage and the end products look amazing. This website can also be used for a number of things that teachers can come up with for their students to do. Plus you can see other accounts public projects that they made so you can get some ideas with what you can make on the website too.

Scholastic     http://www.scholastic.com/home/

So all teachers know about Scholastic because we use a lot of books that are from Scholastic. Plus Scholastic is how we have book fairs at our school. I think this website is a great source for teachers, librarians, and students because it shares information about books and there are even activities and lessons also included on the website.

Flocabulary     https://www.flocabulary.com/

Flocabulary is another great website that teachers have students use at school. It has great videos for students to watch and learn content and then there are even quizzes for each video to test the students on what they learned. Flocabulary presents a variety of lesson plans across content areas. What makes it so special? Each lesson is presented in rap form! This source is great for teachers and students to use because students love to listen to music and most every student loves to listen to rap songs and listening to educational rap songs is more fun for them to listen to a video that has no rapping at all!

BrainPOP     https://jr.brainpop.com/

BrainPOP is a great website that teachers have students use at school. I have only used the website for ELAR and social studies lessons but I have a feeling that the other content areas also have great resources for teachers too. BrainPOP is a great source for teachers and students because it has great videos for students to watch and learn content and then there are even quizzes for each video to test the students on what they learned. My 5th grade students love all of the videos that they have watched on BrainPOP, even the cheesy videos and the long videos too!

Pinterest     https://www.pinterest.com/

Pinterest is a popular app for many people to use, especially teachers. I love to use Pinterest because there are other teachers that have come up with games, activities, and lessons that I will teach to my own students. I think Pinterest is a great source for teachers because we have to make a lot of our own lesson plans so why not share with them with each other and give each other some credit for their hard work!

Teacher Blog     https://dearteacherloveteacher.com/

I had to include this website that is a teacher blog because I like it mostly because it has cute quotes and stories listed. I think this is a great source for teachers because when a teacher is feeling sad or needs a little motivation, they should check out a motivational teacher blog, so this source is perfect!
