Hello! My name is Mrs. Long and I am very excited to be joining the 6th grade team at Sparta Lincoln! I am thrilled to be your teacher and I am looking forward to a year of learning, fun and many adventures!
There is so much that I am looking forward to this year! Some of the topics we will study in 6th grade Social Studies are Ancient History (think Romans, Greeks and Egyptians),Geography and if possible, Medieval History. If you are in my Language Arts class, we will be reading novels and short stories. We will be following along with the Engage New York Curriculum.

You are more than welcome to bring in snacks for birthdays and celebrations. Please be considerate of students who have allergies. We have students who are allergic to nuts, eggs and citrus fruit.
