ABOUT MRS. PURVES: Mrs. Purves is from Benicia, CA, and just bought a house with her husband, Spencer, out there! Mrs. Purves obtained her B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling in 2003 from Dominican University, and continued on to get her Teaching Credential in 2006. She taught 1st grade at Neil Cummins for four years, and then decided to try something new, so here she is now in 4th grade! Mrs. Purves has also been a swim coach in the Marin Swim League for over 7 years. When Mrs. Purves is not inspiring young minds and molding our youth, she loves to do CrossFit and anything fun in the sun, including mountain/road biking, running, camping, triathlon, and snowboarding.
