I am a native Nashvillian. I graduated from Overton High School and furthered my academic studies at Tennessee State University. While at TSU, I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Additionally, I have completed my Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision with a concentration in Higher Education at Middle Tennessee State University, and my Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction, also from Middle Tennessee State University.
Since being at NSA, I have been honored as NSA’s Teacher of the Year for the 2007-2008 school year. With a reputation of being tough, but fair, I believe that all students should be challenged to reach their highest potential. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and feel that NSA is the best place to be. I am passionate about my teaching career and look forward to working with the diverse students at NSA.
