Dear families,

Welcome to second grade! I am thrilled to have your child as a student in my classroom this year. I have many plans to make learning fun and engaging. It will be a great year full of new friends and adventures and I am so excited to get started!

I would love to introduce myself. I was born and raised in Stamford, CT and still call it my home. I have my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Bridgeport. I worked as a special education paraprofessional for 5 years until I earned my Master’s degree in childhood education and childhood special education from Pace University. After graduation I was hired as a second grade teacher here at The Best Elementary School where I have been teaching for three years.

I will be reaching out to you regularly to communicate your child’s progress. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I check my email multiple times a day and would be happy to respond promptly. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year with you and your child.
