Welcome! I'm one of those people that tends to over-explain things; luckily, I can now over-explain with the help of electrons. Teaching can be hard work, digitally, en vivo, or blended. Having taught science 25 years and counting, I'm on the Jurassic side, and transitioning to distance teaching has been a challenge; but, if I can't proactively adjust, it's time to retire. Having worked on a variety of projects in the various echalons of policy and practice, I know support for transitions can move at a glacial pace so I decided to post what I can that might offer support to colleagues.
