Classroom Rules and Rewards

Classroom Rules:

Students will keep their hands, feet, and objects to themselves.

-Students will respect their teacher and peers.

-Students will keep the classroom clean and organized.

-Students will speak kindly to others.

-Students will encourage their peers. 

-Students will raise their hand prior to speaking during instruction.

Consequences:

A green, yellow, red card system will be used in class. If a student is breaking classroom rules, a green card of theirs will be pulled from the card chart and they will be given a warning. If the student continues to break classroom rules, their yellow card will be pulled from the card chart and an e-mail will be sent home to the parents or gaurdians. If the student again continues to break classroom rules, their red card will be pulled from the card chart, and they will be sent to the office and parents or gaurdians will be notified. 

Rewards:

Students will be given classroom dollars each week for following the classroom rules and for going above and beyond in class. If the student has cards pulled during the week, they lose classroom dollars. Students can earn extra dollars for notable behavior in class. Each week, students will have a chance to spend their classroom dollars at the classroom store to purchase fun school supplies or stickers.
