Nutrition is important in our everyday life.....
We use nutrition daily and do not even realize it. Nutrition can be fun and easy to track. We will be learning to track our Nutrition. First some quick facts on Nutrition:
1. There are 6 main food groups; according to mypyramid.gov
2. The groups include; Grains, Vegetables, Fruits, Oils, Milk and Meat and Beans.
