Mr. Harper's Classroom Website

Welcome to Mr. Harper's 4th Grade Math Class.

About Me!

Hello Parents and Guardians my name is Cameron Harper. I am a fourth grade math teacher here at Grand Canyon Elementary School. I graduated high school in 2011 and graduated college from the great institute of Grand Canyon University. This is my first year here at this great school and I am so excited about being here. I hold a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with the lovely 4th graders and teaching them math. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, hunting, fishing, reading, and traveling.

Gracefully Yours,

Mr. Cameron Harper

I am a true believer that all children can learn and I will do everything within my power to make sure that they are learning. I plan to always have a safe, calm, positive, and engaged learning environment for my students. i believe that students tend to pay more attention in class when they feel that the environment is safe and positive. I plan to help the students grown and aim high in their academics. It is my interest that I am going to help my students reach their full potential and I will constantly remind them to always do their best.

EXPECTATIONS: I expect each of my students to, be respectful to each other, use quiet voices in the building, share materials, work together, and be helpful to each other.

RULES: The rules of my classroom are going to be referred to as the three R's which are to always, Be Respectful, Be Ready to Learn, and Be Responsible.

REWARDS: In my class students will be given the opportunity to earn points each week by doing what is expected of them, following the rules, and being a good participant to the lesson.

CONSEQUENCES: The consequences will consist of several warnings such as:
