Mrs. Jones
Welcome to 2nd grade! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year.
I grew up in Round Rock, TX, went to Round Rock schools, and then ended up starting my teaching career in Round Rock. I graduated from the University of Texas, Austin, and love to watch Longhorn football! I am married to a wonderful man named Steve and we have two children. We have a son, Porter, who is seven and will be in 2nd grade as a Bethke Bison this year. We also have a daughter, Finnley, who is almost three and just started pre-school. Between being a mom and teacher I stay very busy but in my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, playing with our dog Max, organizing, reading, going for walks, and checking out new places to eat.
This will be my twelfth year teaching. I have taught 4th grade for seven years and 2nd grade for the past four years.
