Mrs. Lorri Clark
Education: After being a stay-at-home mom for 9 years, I went back to school when my youngest daughter started Kindergarten. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from South College.
About Me: I am married and have 2 daughters. My husband, Tom, works as a letter carrier at the Alcoa Post Office. My daughter, Bethani, is in 7th grade at Eagleton Middle School and my daughter, Baylee, is in 4th grade at Middlesettlements Elementary. I also have a dog named Peanut and a cat named Boo and 2 minature frogs named Gonard and Bubbles.
I am very active in my church. I sing in the choir and teach a one-year old church training class.
My family and I love to camp. We are BIG UT fans in any sport and also love the Cincinnati Reds.
My Favorite Things: My favorite things to do are spend time with my family, reading, playing Bubble Shooter on the computer, shopping, and scrapbooking (but I have not been able to do that for quite a while).
My favorite color is: Blue
My favorite types of music are Contemporary Christian, and 80's music.
My favorite children's books is Eppossumondas by Colleen Salley.
My favorite subjects are Reading and Social Studies. I find very interesting things when I read for pleasure, read a textbook, or read about our past history.
I am so looking forward to loving and working with your students this year. I will do my very best to create lessons and activities that will be fun/or interesting to do but will also challenge each student on his/her level. I will differentiate instruction and tailor my lessons to fit the individual needs of ALL of my students.
