WANTED clostridium
Abdominal cramping and pain which may be severe. Rapid heart rate, fever. blood or puss in the stools--- Nausea, dehydration, and loss of Appetite are all symptoms of clostridium. You can find this bacterium in soil, dust, animal guts, animal feces (including humans). Its occurrence is world wide but is most commonly found in dense populated areas in hot, damp climates with soil rich in organic matter. Transmission is primarily contaminated wounds. No prevention yet. |

Mostly this bacterium is found in throats of kids and adults.
Spreads: person-to-person by direct contact or through respiratory droplets like coughing and sneezing--Usually the bacteria remains in the nose and throat causing no harm.
Stay away from someone who has it An antibiotic, such as ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, or cefuroxime, is given to combat this influenza. |
