2011 NHS Marching Cats Band Camp

June 12, 2011 – June 18, 2011

Please join our Booster Club Meet & Greet during

Sunday Night Camp 6/12 beginning around 5:15p


·  Water Bottle (refillable)  

Each Student needs to bring on Sunday, with name & instrument on it to be used during the week

·  Volunteers

We need help everyday (morning set-up snack, lunch, afternoon snack & water)

·  Items  (about 160/day)

o   Popsicles

o   Chips

o   Other snack type items (no chocolate – melts)

o   Lemonade (lunch each day)

o   Canopies or Tents for shade

o   Box fans


·  We have one student highly allergic to Strawberries & anything with strawberry scents or flavorings please do not send in these items.

·  Please e-mail Sharon Sherlock (twinsmom@numail.org) if your band member has any type of food allergy, we need to know so we can make sure our kids are well taken care of at camp and during the Marching Band Season.
