Personal Fitness 2009
Designed to teach students a variety of exercises to enable them to select and enjoys the exercises they enjoy most.
October 29, 2009: students will run a mile and 1/4 to achieve maximum points allowed. 5pts=5 laps, 4pts=4pts, etc.
October 29, 2009 : students will view and complete worksheet related to power point presentation on cardiovascular fitness.
November 3, 2009: students will view and complete worksheet related to power point presentation on muscular strength and endurance.
November 4-10, 2009: Review study guide and worksheet in the exam review section.
November 11 - written test on fitness and grading policies.
